At Trapezi, we’re more than just a salad dressing company—we’re a mom and son duo with a mission to bring people back to the table.

In today’s world, meals often happen in front of screens, eaten on the go, or skipped entirely. But we believe food should be more than just fuel—it should be a reason to slow down, share stories, and nourish each other’s souls. Growing up in our Greek-American home, family dinners were sacred. Every night, no matter how busy the day, we gathered around the table to eat, talk, and reconnect. It’s a tradition that shaped us—and it’s the spirit we pour into every bottle we make.

In the summer of 2020, when life paused for many, my mom turned to her kitchen. She started cooking our favorite Greek meals for neighbors in Mountain Brook, Alabama. What began as a weekly act of love quickly grew into a local tradition—people lining up for gyros, spanakopita, and salad, all made with real ingredients and a whole lot of heart.

That tradition became Trapezi. Together, my mom and I set out to create honest, flavorful, clean dressings that make it easier for people to enjoy real food again. Because to us, it’s not just about what’s on the plate—it’s about who’s around it.
