Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Trapezi Greek Oregano Vinaigrette
- 3 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Handful fresh oregano or basil leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
- Dress: Drizzle the Trapezi Greek Oregano Vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Top: Sprinkle the crumbled feta and fresh herbs over the salad.
- Season: Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
