We are a family-owned brand built by a mother and son with one simple belief: the best moments in life happen around the table.

Growing up in a Greek-American home, dinner was never rushed. Every night, no matter how busy the day was, our family sat down together to eat, talk, and reconnect.

In the summer of 2020, my mom began cooking our family’s Greek recipes for neighbors. What started as a small weekly meal quickly turned into something bigger, with people lining up for food made with real ingredients and a lot of heart.

That’s where Trapezi began.

Together, we set out to create clean, honest dressings inspired by the flavors we grew up with, made to elevate everyday meals and bring people back to the table. No shortcuts. No unnecessary ingredients. Just good food.
